RANDY KASPER

Founder – Agency Leader

Mr. Kasper has over two decades experience representing professional athletes and has negotiated hundreds of groundbreaking contracts for his clients. With great emphasis placed on personal service, he has always dedicated himself to tirelessly advocating on their behalf and makes himself available to them around the clock. Randy prides himself on leaving no stone unturned in seeking out endorsement opportunities and negotiating the best deal possible.

The poker world has recognized and appreciated his unique approach to both representing players while at the same time furthering the interests of the poker community at large. This is exemplified by his selection to the Bad Beat on Cancer Advisory Council, being asked to write for BLUFF and ESPN and being tapped by the PPA to assist with legislative issues. For the fourth consecutive year, Randy was one of just 60 worldwide voters selected to choose the BLUFF Power 20. Multiple online card rooms have requested Mr. Kasper’s assistance in creating their own Pro Programs which, for someone who represents players, is yet another tribute. Additionally, some of the most rapidly growing and established brick & mortar poker rooms have sought his advice and counsel, such as Borgata, Beau Rivage, Jacksonville ‘BestBet’ Poker. As Agency Leader, Randy also manages the day-to-day relationships with PPI’s impressive list of corporate clients, such as Ivey Poker and DraftKings, assisting them with marketing plans, centered upon customer acquisition and retention.

EUGENE CASTRO

Founder – Business Development Leader

Eugene has been an avid poker player for the better part of twenty five years, whether playing with friends and family or to help cover his college and law school tuition — the game has been a constant in his life.

Always seeking the betterment of anything to which Gene dedicates his time, he began to ask himself what he could do to improve the poker community. Upon meeting Randy and Eric they found their common purpose. Upon careful consideration of the state of the poker world, and after examination of their collective strengths and experiences, they devised the goals, objectives and mission statement for PPI.

Eugene has a diverse business background. Among his accomplishments are the establishment of the largest non-hospital based sleep disorder clinic in the Midwest, the development of an Internet green product loyalty based program, establishing several health and tennis facilities and the development of numerous ground up residential and commercial real estate projects both local and abroad.

Eugene resides in Nevada with his two daughters.

ERIC SIEGEL

Founder – Director of Marketing and Player Development

Eric brings a diverse business and poker background to PPI. An accomplished player himself, Eric has been deeply involved in the poker community for over 25 years and has garnered the respect of players of all caliber. He has also developed many strong business relationships with poker operations managers and leaders in the poker industry. As Director of Player Development and Marketing for PPI, Eric serves a vital role in creating strategies that develop opportunities for PPI’S players and corporate clients.

Eric has successfully produced poker events in locations around the world including the Caribbean and Canada. Domestically, Eric has been involved in successful marketing and consulting campaigns with the Borgata Poker Open Events for over 10 years, poker television and film production, created unique entertainment and media experiences for poker players such as appearances on HBO’s hit show Entourage, and many other poker related projects.

Eric has been a leader in business and his community for two decades. He has taken a start-up company and grown it to national prominence. He developed the internationally renowned NephCure ALL IN for a Cure Pledge Program, where poker players around the world donate a percentage of their tournament earnings to the NephCure Foundation. He has proudly held a position on the Board of Directors for NephCure, a charity organization which raises awareness and funds seeking a cure for Nephrotic Kidney Disease and FSGS.

Eric resides in Melville, NY with his two sons. His passions are poker, sports, travel and film along with enriching the lives of his family and friends.

DAVID CLARKE

Strategy Leader

David is a Global Data, Analytics and Technology Executive with extensive experience in the business information industry. A proven, results oriented leader, David has led significant organizational transformation and change to improve bottom line results with complex information platforms used to generate innovative products and services. David possesses 25 years of senior level leadership experience in both the public and private sector in the areas of data strategy, big data, marketing, product creation and business information services.
Most recently, David served as Chief Data Officer & SVP for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). His role was to create and execute the company’s Global Data Strategy, focused on delivering profitable products and aggressive growth in new and emerging markets. In addition, he served as a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team, the governing body providing strategic vision for the Corporation.

David began his career with D&B in the early 80’s in London, where he progressed through increasingly responsible European technology roles. He moved to the US in 2000 when he was named as CIO for the $1 Billion US business. In 2002, he was asked to lead the North American Data & Operations business with 1000 employees and 6 call centers throughout the US and Canada where he consolidated the call centers to 3 and grew a new revenue stream to over $40M.

As a result of his success in the Data & Operations business, David was asked to lead the $325M US Sales & Marketing Division with 450 employees responsible for sales, service, marketing, technology, operations and product development. In 2006, David left the company and founded his own consulting practice where he was engaged by select private and public firms for strategic consulting assignments related to M&A due diligence, investment analysis, strategic revenue restructuring and joint ventures.

David’s core competencies are his strong strategy and quality, scoring, real-time data and integration of data sources. Experienced with both public and private boards, he leads as a proven advocate for customers and team members. David resides in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and in his free time enjoys skiing and travelling with his family.

DUANE HELKOWSKI

Director of Corporate Development

Duane Helkowski is currently a Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) at BNP Paribas, a French International Bank based in New York, where he has been employed since early 1995. Within CIB, Duane is in charge of the Gaming Sector and has global relationships with all the significant gaming operators including MGM Resorts, Wynn and Las Vegas Sands at the highest levels within each organization including personal relationships with each of the companies CEO’s. His job requires him to travel across the world and he has meaningful gaming contacts in Las Vegas, Macau, Singapore and Australia. Prior to BNPP, Duane was an Assistant Vice President for roughly 7 years, at a Dutch firm called ABN-AMRO, which was later bought by Royal Bank of Scotland.

Duane’s background is in Corporate Finance, graduating with a Business degree from Villanova University in 1987, and then receiving a Master’s degree in Banking and International Finance from Hofstra University in Long Island in 1991.

EVAN WEISENFELD

Strategic Advisor

Evan Weisenfeld comes to PPI as our resident affinity and loyalty expert and will serve as the strategic advisor of the organization. Leveraging the poker industry experience of the core founding team, Evan will apply his knowledge and experience of building and running an affinity group to help launch and run PPI Power Club. Evan has over twenty-three years’ experience in sales and marketing with extensive experience in the loyalty marketing industry. Evan spent more than six years at Upromise and served as Vice President of Partner Management and SVP of Partner Development responsible for business development, partner relationships and marketing programs for McDonald’s, ExxonMobil, Rewards Network, Avis, Budget, American Airlines, Pep Boys and many others.

Evan also helped launch uTANGO, a loyalty program for singles, engaged couples and newlyweds and has run his own consulting company, Loyalty Marketers, for the past six years. Previous consulting engagements include assignments for Radisson Hotels Worldwide, Northwest Airlines Worldperks and the Goldpoints loyalty program.

In addition, Evan has extensive Strategic Consulting, Internet Consulting, Marketing and Sales/Business Development experience working for companies such as Cheapflights Media, Zentropy Partners (now MRM Worldwide), Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Fidelity Investments. Evan lives in the Boston, MA area with his wife, daughter in high school and son in college in Maryland. In his spare time, he enjoys attending live sporting events and riding his motorcycle.

BARRY WATKINS

Strategic Advisor

Barry’s 20 years of experience in banking has made him an expert in developing auditable policies, procedures and systems. He has managed billions of dollars in loans and investments and developed advanced processes for management control and risk management. Currently Barry works as a consultant for family offices, advising wealthy investors on troubled assets, acquisitions and exit strategies.

Barry is an advocate for good corporate citizenship and has served on numerous non-profit boards. He is active in many community organizations ranging from health issues to youth development.
