I forgot my User ID. Can I open a new account?
No. In order to protect the game’s integrity and to maintain the security of your account; you are only permitted one account at PPI POKER.
I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
An email with your password will arrive within a few minutes. If you have not received a password reset e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you are still having problems, please email [email protected].
I forgot my password. Can I open a new account?

Can I have more than one account?
No. Each player is only allowed one account. It is not permitted to close your account and open another one. Once you create an account on PPIPOKER.net, your UserID cannot be changed, so please choose carefully.
Can I use any image for my profile?
We allow any images as long as they do not contain abusive or obscene content. Content of this type is not welcome in the fun and entertaining atmosphere that we aim to provide. We reserve the right to delete or change your image if we feel that the image you chose is inappropriate. Please contact [email protected] to report offensive images.
What do I do if I have forgotten my User ID?
Click on Forgot Username/Password in client. An email with your password will arrive within a few minutes. If you have not received a password reset e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you are still experiencing problems please email us at [email protected].
I get a message “Your account has been blocked for security reasons.” What should I do?
This message means that the GGNetwork Security Team has temporarily paused your account. This can happen on a routine basis for several reasons- for example, the GGNetwork Security Team may be requesting your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.
On your next log-in attempt, you will encounter an information request form in the game client. You will need to fill-in your name, address, and the e-mail address that you may have already provided at your account set-up.
For ID documents, it should be a government issued ID with a photograph of yourself. Usually, passport is the most preferred document. For proof of address, a recent (within 3 months) utility bill or bank reference letter should be uploaded. All the scans or pictures of such documents should be clear enough for verification. The GGNetwork Security Team operates independently from PPIPOKER Support, and you should contact [email protected] directly with any queries that you might have. Please include your your first and last name, PPIPOKER user name and email address.
What are the minimum requirements to play PPI POKER on PC or mobile phones?
- The minimum requirements for Windows 7:
- OS – Windows 7
- CPU – Intel / AMD (1 GHz)
- RAM – 1 GB
- HDD – 16 GB (with minimum of 100 MB for installation space)
- VGA – graphic card that supports minimum of DX9
- However, we recommend the following specs:
- CPU – Intel / AMD (minimum 1.7 GHz)
- RAM – 2 GB
- HDD – 40 GB (with minimum of 500 MB for installation space)
- VGA – graphic card that supports minimum of DX9
- Note: Although our game runs on Windows XP SP3, Vista, win10, we do not recommend it as it may be unstable with our game client.
- Currently, we do not support Mac however this is expected to be live in April 2017.
- For mobile application on the iPhone, we support iPhone5s or above running at least iOS 8.x or above (Note: It does work on iPhone 4, but it may be unstable).
- For mobile application on Android, we support a minimum of Galaxy S4 or above running at least 4.3.x Jelly Bean.
Can I use Poker Tracker or Hud or any other 3rd party software that helps my game on PPI POKER?
No. We DO NOT allow any 3rd party software on GGPoker as such programs give an unfair advantage to players who use them.
Instead, we provide Pokercraft to all our users. Pokercraft provides analysis and statistics that you may need to improve your game and have more fun at the tables.
Please note that using 3rd party software is prohibited by GGNetwork Rules, and your account will be locked by the GGNetwork Security Team. Please find more information on our rules on 3rd party software by clicking here.
I folded my hand but I can still see extra cards on the table with Rabbits on them. What are these cards?
These cards are called “Rabbit Hunt” and they are cards shown after the pot is over. If you folded your draw and have always wondered if you could have your hand or not, and now you can check this “What If” situation with our Rabbit cards feature. Can I play at more than one table at the same time?
Yes, you can play in multiple ring games and tournaments simultaneously. We do not have a restriction on the maximum number of concurrent tables that you can have open.
Can I play at the same table as my friend?
Yes. PPI POKER is happy for friends, relatives, and acquaintances to play at the same tables as each other. However, when you do so, you are expected to play just as competitively against your friends as you would against any other player, and you must not share any information about the cards that you hold with them or make any playing agreements in secret (doing so is collusion, which is strictly prohibited).
If you have an agreement to share a bankroll, stake, or split profits with your friend, then in the interest of game integrity you must not play at the same cash game table or in the same Sit & Go tournament.
Players who live in the same household, whatever their relationship, must not play at the same cash game table or in the same Sit & Go tournament. In some cases, this restriction will be imposed automatically by the game software.
How can I chat on the table?
At the current time we do not have text based chatting on table. Instead, you can use our emojis to express your emotion at the table. Click on a smile icon at the left bottom of the table window, and express your emotions to your opponents at the table.
How do I save my Hand Histories?
You cannot save your hand history, but they are available via Pokercraft. This is to prevent the mass collection of hand histories by 3rd party software. You can analyze all your plays in Pokercraft which is a fun and easy to understand way to improve your game! Pokercraft is currenlty in Beta but will be available in the short term.
I cannot connect to the game client. What should I do?
If you cannot connect to our game, please email [email protected] with the information below. We will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

- If you are using a VPN, the name of VPN that you are using and the time.
- Name of Your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
I see a message saying “Maintenance is ongoing”. What is this?
I see an error message saying “Our Servers Are Humbled By Your Incredible Response.” What does it mean?
This message means that our server is currently overloaded with players at the moment. It may also mean that our server is under DDoS attack. If you see this message, please try to connect again in a few minutes later. You can receive the most up to date server status notices by following us on Facebook or Twitter.
I continue to disconnect while playing. What’s wrong?
If your connection is only poor for PPI POKER or if this has been a long-term recurring connection issue, it is possible that there is an underlying stability issue that may not manifest on most other Internet sites and applications.
In this case, we suggest that you stop playing PPI POKER before you solve this issue since disconnection problems are no fun! Please send the details below to [email protected], and we will try our best to solve your issue.

What happens if I am disconnected in the middle of a hand?
Due to reasons beyond our players’ control, players cab be occasionally disconnected and are unable to act on their poker hand in time. Please contact [email protected] with the Hand ID and we will investigate the matter.
What happens if the system crashes in the middle of a game?
In the unlikely event of a server crash which prevents completion of a hand, the hands in progress at every table (tournaments and cash games) will be restored by rolling back these hands as if they had not happened. Each player’s chip count will be reset to the amount at the beginning of the hand.
Deposit / Withdrawal
Why is my credit card being declined, and what can I do?
Many banks are adopting a policy against playing poker on the internet because they consider it too high risk. You may want to contact your bank regarding their policy on the matter.

Will PPI POKER ever require me to send my credit card details via email?
We will never ask you to send credit card details by email. Customers should never send their full credit card number or three-digit card security code via email.
Can I transfer money to another user, or receive a transfer from another user?
Yes, you can. To transfer money on PPI POKER, click on ‘Money Transfer’ in the Cashier window. Transfers are subject to Security department approval, and may be subject to delay. In some cases, other information or confirmation may be required.
Players in some locations may not be able to transfer funds or receive transferred funds due to local laws.
Is my PPI POKER account balance safe at PPI POKER? Do you use my fund for your operational expenses or is it kept in a separate account?
PPI POKER does not use players’ balances for any operational expenses, and the operational account is strictly segregated from players’ balances. PPI POKER can, at all times, fulfill its obligations towards its players.
How does your shuffle work? How do I know that it is fair?
PPI POKER deals the cards in a fair and honest manner. Once the deck is shuffled, it is set, and the order in which the cards are dealt cannot be changed. The software that shuffles and deals the cards cannot control who wins or loses; it just deals the cards and the rest is up to the players in the game. Our software produces a shuffle that is completely random, which favors no player over any other. The methods we use ensure complete randomization of the cards, and complete unpredictability of the cards to come.
GGNetwork (the Software Provider) arranged for BMM test labs (http://bmm.com/) to review its shuffle. BMM’s investigation found the shuffling to be fair and random.

How can you ensure the integrity of your games?
PPI POKER makes the security of our games a top priority. We use state-of-the-art technology to protect the integrity of our games, and our security department is monitoring the tables 24/7.
However, it is true that no system is perfect, so if you suspect any issues while you are at the table, please send a report to [email protected].
Does PPI POKER use props or shills?
PPI POKER does not use any house players or robots. We do not hire any prop players or shills to play on our site.
Are PPI POKER employees allowed to play on your site?
No. Any PPI POKER employee or contractor who has access to inside information (player records, hidden card hand histories, etc.) may not play on PPI POKER. This is to prevent any possible abuse of that inside information.
I am registered for a tournament, but I forgot what it was. How can I find it easily?
In the tournament list, you will see your registered tournaments in Italic. Thus, it’s easy to identify the ones you already registered.
Many players are sitting out, and it’s ruining the game! Is this allowed?
Sitting Out in tournaments is permitted at any time, and or good reasons. Any player participating in a tournament is permitted to fold every hand if they choose, and Sitting Out is no different from folding every hand.

I played a poker tournament several days ago, and the information is no longer displayed in the lobby. How do I retrieve it?
In the Tournament menu, please unclick the “Hide Completed” button. You will see completed tournaments for past 7 days. If you require tournament results or information from beyond 7 days, simply email [email protected].
What happens if a tournament needs to be cancelled?
When a poker tournament needs to be cancelled because of a server crash or some other reason, players will be compensated according to our House Rules and Tournament Cancellation Policy.
